That’s why we’ve created this straightforward returns and exchanges policy to make the process as easy as a sunny day on the trail.

Our Return Policy Basics

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include all tags and accessories.

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Camp Bedding that has been removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange processed:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and all accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Ship your return to:

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value, we’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. For exchanges of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference after we receive your return. For exchanges of lower value, we’ll refund the difference after processing the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged or defective items.
