Hey there, adventurer! We know you’re eager to get your new outdoor gear and start exploring. Here’s how we get our products from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Once we receive your order, our team gets to work! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once it ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50! Shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, but currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

At OUTSUNNY, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with our straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
The Basics
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in new condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, Camp Bedding (such as sleeping bags, air mattress sheets, and pillows) that have been removed from their original protective packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to give us all the info we need to help you quickly.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item with its original packaging and all accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Ship your return to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for an item of the same value will be processed once we receive your return.
- For an exchange of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.
- For an exchange of lower value, we will refund the difference to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our quality control, but sometimes things happen in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Please include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item to us.
