5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Happiness Guarantee covers returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements:

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, Camp Bedding (sleeping bags, air mattress sheets, and pillows) that have been removed from their original protective packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
